2019 WRAP UP!

What a remarkable year! Hard to believe we close the books on yet another season + an entire decade! The last day of a year is one that really causes me to reflect + to remember how faithful the Lord has been over the months, days, minutes. Hardships have been many but the Lord’s blessings have been greater. Counting all the miracles (big + small) + all the tiny victories.

A record setting season for your fave sister duo…we embraced new schedules, new challenges, new ideas, new BIG dreams + new rhythms. We welcomed new family members of our own (Alexa’s husband Collin + Cassie’s baby girl, Zoe Kate) + interacted with numerous new families. We captured weddings + precious family memories (over 75 this year!)

So now I sit here with my babies, with their rosy cheeks + snotty noses from playing in the fresh blanket of snow + remember just how grateful I am to be able to do what I do. Even in the crazy of early mornings, frequent late night feedings, sick kiddos, constant asks for snacks, too many messes + temper tantrums, I’m thankful for these two precious gifts + that God made me a momma.

My heart quickens thinking about ringing in a new year, especially with it being 2020 [Does anyone else feel like your goals + aspirations need to be bigger than big this year?] I’m challenged to think of 2020 goals, traditions + benchmarks for myself yet still so longing to keep things simple. I get overwhelmed asking myself questions like, “What’s next?” + “What can I learn from failures + successes as we leap into 2020?” But then I pause. One step at a time, breath deep + trust the Lord’s leading for my family + businesses. After all, isn’t this characteristic of how we’ve functioned every day? YES!

Praying you have sensed the Lord’s nearness this year + will continue to abide in His endless love into 2020. A huge THANK YOU to our clients for continuing to trust us with freezing in time these invaluable life moments. We are grateful for YOU! Cheers to the a New Year + new decade!
